Our Partners

One of Operation Action U.P.’s important objectives is to help provide leadership in economic, business, and workforce development in the Upper Peninsula and assist in creating, growing, attracting, and retaining natural resources, labor, capital, and entrepreneurial talent.

Operation Action U.P. connects and collaborates with its members, the regional workforce, and other economic development partners. These partnerships help identify regional challenges and opportunities. This information then assists the members of Operation U.P. and its partner organizations in drawing on each other’s expertise, experience, networks, and research. The collaboration fuels private sector growth and encourages the expansion of high-paying, high-skill jobs, attracts and retains investment, secures entrepreneurial talent, and helps match employers’ needs with qualified labor.
