Advanced Center for Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery, formerly Orthopedic Surgery Associates of Marquette P.C., has been providing orthopedic care to patients in Marquette County, the surrounding Upper Peninsula, and throughout Northern Michigan for over 50 years. What started out as a two-doctor orthopedic practice in 1966, has grown to become a renowned state-of-the-art multi-specialty practice that covers virtually all aspects of orthopedic, plastic & reconstructive, and podiatric care. Bacco Construction Company is located in Iron Mountain, Michigan, with the Upper Peninsula as its primary territory. However, the company’s services extend to all of Michigan and Wisconsin. Bacco has been in business for 105 years. The founder, Medio Bacco was awarded the company’s first contract in 1915 and on April 9, 1930 Bacco Construction Company was incorporated. The four original stockholders were Medio Bacco, his brother John Bacco, Carl Israelson and Arthur Fortier. Being Michigan’s oldest prequalified contractor, Bacco Construction Company has been prequalified with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) for over 70 years. The company is also prequalified with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WDOT).
